New To You Free Shop

Beaver Memorial, St. Paul's UMC, and First Baptist have teamed up to create a secondhand shop offering gently used adult clothing, linens, and kitchen items free of charge to those in need. Our shop is held quarterly during the same time (10 am to 12 noon) as our Beacon Free shop, which offers free personal care and household items. Our next New To You Free Shop date is August 15th.

We accept donations of adult clothing, linens, and kitchen items. Please mark any sheets or bedding items with their size (twin, full, queen, king). Please DO NOT donate shoes, pet supplies, electronics, bottles of lotion or any other liquids, exercise items, medicines, underwear (except bras), picture frames, knick-knacks, candles, knives (other than place setting knives), or children’s clothing. 

Donations can be brought during our set-up hours on the Friday before, from 2:00-3:30 pm, or on the Sunday before the next date following our worship service. Please come through the Parker Building doors (the double glass doors on the right side of the church by the playground) on Sundays or to the alley door behind the church on Fridays.
