Beaver Memorial United Methodist Church is a place where all are welcome!
Beaver Memorial, whose congregation organized in 1812, was originally part of the Methodist Episcopal Church. The name “Beaver” was adopted in memory and honor of The Rev. Peter Beaver, long time preacher and friend of Bishop Francis Asbury, first American Methodist Bishop.
We are a diverse community of faith, united through our love of Christ. We neither exclude nor judge, and welcome you regardless of your circumstance and walk of life.
Beaver Memorial is a part of the United Methodist Church. All persons regardless of race, age, color, nationality, status, economic condition, or sexual orientation are welcome in the United Methodist Church.
There are two worship services on Sunday mornings – an informal service at 8:30, and a 10:30 service for traditional worship.
Our nursery is open every Sunday from 9 AM until 12 Noon. Message-centered “Busy Bags” are available for older children along with special Children’s Bulletins. Children’s Moments, youth-oriented sermons, are given every Sunday.
